Merdeka! and the Japan fireworks!

MERDEKA MALAYSIA 50th~! I went to see d fireworks @ putra for team japan, it was spectacular and FAAAANNTASSTICCCCC!!!!!!!!!! okay, abit the hyperactive.. Countdown fireworks, best in d whole of msia wei~ lol... however, stuck in jam till 2am is the big drawback... i came back by 2.30 and by the time i slept, it was 3... woke up at 11 =.=

Wishful thinking

Cant help it, normally days which are boring, common, monotonous, and usual have recently turned into activity packed days, which, i suspect, will be very very short lived.. No doubt a chunk of them are mainly due to a person... which now is readin this blog these days (she claims she's bored.. )

The fireworks I went to see last saturday was great... I missed the wednesday one.. and also last saturday, undoubtly I hear they are better, from the countries Australia and Italy respectively... Arrhhh curse the damned jams otherwise I would have at least seen Italy's fireworks @ Putrajaya.. The last one, this comin thursday is d countdown to merdeka, Japan's fireworks.. I'm not missing it for the world~!!!!!!!!!

With assignments banging at my doorsteps, and exams approachin, plus with very unprepared tutorials, unstudied work, I am in a little bit of a trouble... Fine, little bit is quite an understatement.. I sit down, put d book in front of me, have my coffee nex to me, and starts blogging like now?? Wth.. Crapshitgonnadieforexams..

I think all the universities are way overrated, in terms of their pricing.. Its a little absurd no one questions the amount of money that education costs these days.. Business students barely get 12 hours of classes a week, the rest of self study or assignments.. There are only 13 weeks in total for a semester, with a 1 week break, which makes it effectively 12 weeks only.. aka RM 13,000+ for 3 months..

Sigh.. what costly affair it is these days are.. Been havin too much law stuff in my head as well.. Lets see.. negligence misstatement... nothin in here that fits... Breach of contract? doubt it.. Dun sue o~ And oh.. what a long post as well...

Malaysia International Fireworks Competition 2007

Yep, u've probably heard of it, read bout it, seen in the papers.. D fireworks competition held at Putrajaya International Convention Center (PICC) yesterday night at 10pm was nothing short of fantastic.. However, though, going there was difficult, there were no signs nor banners to get there.. the main road leading towards the PICC was completely pitch dark, the streets lights of a major road (its a 3 lane road in both directions) were not on/spoilt and the crowd was enormous..

The event consists of 4 different countries, Malaysia, Italy, Australia, and Japan.. Each country has a display on different nights, and the debut was started off by Malaysia (18th August), followed by Australia (22nd August), Italy (25th August), and finally Japan, (30th August) which has d countdown to Merdeka day! I'm not very sure wat team global means though, (stated on its webpage at http://www.mifc.com.my/)

But I must say it was worth it very much.. Check out the pics wei..

This was the park we sat to watch d fireworks.. That thing is supposed to be a bridge.. No, not d bridge d fireworks was tho..

See the jam AFTER the event.. took 2 hours to get out of it.. seriously was terrible.. But it was a great display of fireworks overall..

The return of the jed-.... wallet?

WHAT the hell la... wallet was stolen then returned.. without the cash dammit... =.= but IC all inside... super SWT la........sigh... Thanks if you're just a passerby who found my wallet and returned it into my postbox.. no thx if ur the thief yourself but at least have the least courtesy to return the wallet..

Anyway, had a busy evening and night today.. Evening at 6 I went to check out the carnival @ uni but found nothing opened at all! So I went on to meeting Rachel at Subang Parade for dinner with a few other bunch of fren n her sister.. We had MFM, the 3rd most expensive food store in the entire mall..

After dinner we were so dragged to this dessert place where it was a 'muz have' to have their crepe ("pronounced crep pei") lah =p It was great, really nice but came along with a even nicer price tag of RM8..

Don't judge it by its looks.. it taste great but looks like sth out of the toilet..

After that we went to the Monash Motorshow & Carnival.. I'm not sure its because I'm late or wat.. but the carnival had very few stores left, nth seems to be happening there at all... and the worst part is the guy on the stage singing... w-o-r-s-t ever..

The greatest looking lineup of cars I've ever seen.. the cars there were ranging from great to fantastic~

Assignments Pile up..

Stupid fracking assignments.. piling up one after another.. As if that wasnt enuf stress and time constraints on my hands, my wallet goes missing.. stolen, pickpocketed, or simply misplaced, i have no idea.. What I do know is that it is missing.. stupid thing.. So troublesome.. not to mention a great deal of money was lost...

I had to make police report, and then reapply for IC, and driving licence, and tomorrow, my student ID as well.. and there goes any food until the end of the month.. Momentos I have in there was probably the worst thing i could lose =.= Sigh..

Because of this stupid issue, I'm now seriously lacking behind in law assignment, and acc assignment as well.. there's also things to do for my fren's farewell party, who is headin to Cuba for the next 6 years.. *gonna miss ya!* haha XD

I noticed I havent really blog in the past some time.. Being busy to blog isnt actually an excuse as there seems to be alot of time to dota and anime.. :P

Alllllright.. Law assignment is coming back to haunt the back of my mind again.... Perhaps I should go...

As a last note, for those manga lovers.. read Pastel.. great manga!
