Scrolling images

Whew.. I've spent hours trying to find out how to make images scroll with your page.. Surprisingly there is very little about it on the internet, and those that were, were not working on my blog. Sigh. I've tried everything, I've e-mailed to 'Ask Yahoo!', tagboards in almost everyone's blog, appealling for help through my MSN nickname, e-mail my father's website technical guy, post a new topic on 4 beta forum, and also online ask-a-question help service.. Waaaaaaaa.... If anyone knows how to do it, post a message at the tagboard! thanks..
