This is 2012!!

This is what happens when I don't blog regularly! Accumulated updates, that's what!

First off,

Happy Chinese New Year 2012
Although today is the LAST day of chinese new year, CNY 2012 was the first CNY which we are all working, and that I actually held an open house. For the first time, ever.

Before that, Ipoh!

Mahjong, Food, Fireworks, Angpows, Terribly-fattening biscuits.

CNY Dinner - pretty standard annually

Back in KL, we held our very first and only CNY open house ever with family & friends! We just finished extensively renovating the house and left no stone unturned and practically everything interior of the house was redone - from the floors to the ceiling.

But before that, smoke from a fire that apparently destroyed a aircond factory in Shah Alam could be seen from Subang.

Extra Large Fireworks? No? Nuclear Explosion?

Mom's special once-a-year-6-hours-to-prepare Siamese Laksa for the open house

At Suyan's gathering, thanks to extensive questioning by Kheewei, we found out Siri has quite the attitude.

And finally the people! Mostly SRIKL peeps :)

Meeples
Meeples craze is back again, with the king of noobs joining our ranks.

We learn that Jian Hung should not build buildings

And.. KL tower is built.

Meeples is pretty cool, with a huge range of games n stuff.

Then there's the meet up with quite a unique gang that has formed from a one-month engagement spreading across departments, involving both old and new people.

Quite in disbelieve on the portion for 8 people =.="

We should totally give a name to this group of people.

There are plenty of misc events here n there but I think I will stop here! Goodness it's already long enough, reminding me of long 9gag posts =.="
